Access & Right to Deletion of your Data
In accordance with the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can at any time request access and exercise your right to erasure of any data we may have collected, which will be deleted within the legal period of 30 days. This data protection statement concerns only the use of data collected by FlySpa Sàrl during visits to its websites or its mobile application (flyspa.ch, booking.flyspa.ch, the flyspa iOS app and the flyspa Android app). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your choices. Thus, FlySpa Sàrl makes every effort to comply with the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When a user visits one of FlySpa Sàrl’s websites or its mobile application, data from their computer’s log files (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, name of the file accessed, history of clicked links) are automatically collected and analyzed for statistical purposes. External website and mobile application analytics services also study user behavior.
Depending on the application used, cookies may be stored on the user’s computer: they will be reused when the user visits the website again, to facilitate access or enable the use of certain application functions. Under no circumstances will data collected on the flyspa.ch and booking.flyspa.ch websites or the mobile app be transferred or sold to third parties. No email address will be transmitted to third parties, including our partners, except with the written consent of the interested parties. Following your newsletter subscription, your email address may be used by FlySpa Sàrl for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe. Users who no longer wish to receive the newsletter can click on the “Unsubscribe” link, present in all sent emails.
Data & Geolocation
The FlySpa Sàrl employee, “flypro” (care provider), is geolocated only during their working hours, i.e., from their first availability of the day on the platform until their last availability of the day. Outside of this provision, a flypro is not geolocated when unavailable.
