Private Client
The User who has ordered a massage service is required to pay the price of the service. When the User books a massage through
All orders and requests for modification or cancellation are managed by the User through their previously created client account, via the flyspa app (iOS or Android) or on our website booking.flyspa.ch. flyspa applies strict modification or cancellation rules :

- For a massage cancellation request more than 5 days before the service, 4% of the amount paid will be retained by flyspa for refund fees, and 96% will be refunded.

- If the User decides to shorten a massage more than 24 hours in advance, they will be refunded the difference. In this case, 4% of the amount paid will be retained by

- If the User decides to extend a massage more than 24 hours in advance, they will be charged the difference.
The User agrees that the Masseur has the same right. However, if the Masseur cancels at any time, the client will be notified immediately and an alternative solution will be offered. If the solution is not suitable, the full amount will then be refunded to the User.
Hotel Partner
For all orders placed by one of our Hotel Partners, flyspa applies strict modification or cancellation rules :

- For a massage modification or cancellation request less than 24 hours before the service, 100% of the amount will be charged.

- For massage modification or cancellation requests more than 24 hours before the service, it will be modifiable or cancellable free of charge.
