When the User books a massage through <g id=\"gid_0\">flyspa<\/g>, they reserve a Masseur&#8217;s time slot, and this time slot is blocked for the User unless they wish to cancel it. Due to high demand, it is important for <em>flyspa<\/em> to satisfy Users, which is why the User must inform <em>flyspa<\/em> of any cancellation in a timely manner to avoid being charged the full price of the treatment.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All orders and requests for modification or cancellation are managed by the User through their previously created client account, via the <em>flyspa <\/em>app (<a href=\"https:\/\/flyspa.ch\/app-apple-store\/\">iOS<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/flyspa.ch\/app-google-play\/\">Android<\/a>) or on our website <a href=\"https:\/\/booking.flyspa.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">booking.flyspa.ch<\/a>.<em> flyspa<\/em> applies strict modification or cancellation rules :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>For a massage cancellation request more than 5 days before the service, 4% of the amount paid will be retained by <em>flyspa<\/em> for refund fees, and 96% will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">A massage can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the service. In this case, 4% of the amount paid will be retained by <em>flyspa<\/em> for refund fees, and 96% will be refunded. Alternatively, you can receive a promo code where the full amount paid will be credited, to be used within 3 months of its issue date.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If the User decides to shorten a massage more than 24 hours in advance, they will be refunded the difference. In this case, 4% of the amount paid will be retained by <em>flyspa<\/em> for refund fees. Alternatively, you can receive a promo code where the total difference of the amount paid will be credited, to be used within 3 months of its issue date.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If the User decides to extend a massage more than 24 hours in advance, they will be charged the difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The User agrees that the Masseur has the same right. However, if the Masseur cancels at any time, the client will be notified immediately and an alternative solution will be offered.
